What would your life look like if you were 100 % confident?

Confidence is the secret ingredient of making your dreams happen . Living in a state of self-rejection is one of the biggest blocks that stops people from creating a life worth living and going for what they truly desire.

This is the workshop to dive deep and unblock what is weighing you down. We will adress the insecurities and lovingly embrace anything that comes up.

When we suppress, shame, reject and resist parts in ourselves we only get this far in life . We stay stuck. Our insecurities take over and block us from going for what we want , no matter if it’s having our need for intimacy met , our desire for a succesful career , more abundance or a wish for better life in general.

This is a sacred group journey, a space where everyone is deeply seen , held and cared for. An opportunity for true vulnerability and meaningful connection. A group journey that leads you back to loving the parts in you that you deemed as unlovable.

We are going to dive DEEP. Together we will process , journal , dance , share, laugh , cry and most importantly FEEL what is going inside of us . We will meet our inner children, lovingly meet insecurities, and be present with anything arising. We will empower each other and channel and tap into each others strenghts and unique essences.

When open hearted commited humans come together we enter a portal of transformation.
