PEOPLE ARE STUCK FOR ONE REASON ONLY AND THAT IS BECAUSE SOMETHING ISN'T SEEN AND THEREFORE ACKNOWLEGED.
Fully seeing people in the pain they had to undergo, seeing their coping mechanims and layers of protection they had to take on to stay safe in this world and seeing their lost potentials and gifts that were never nourished enough - is the most benifitial experience we can ever give to someone that feels trapped in a painful reality. Every time I work with a client I find myself in awe of how we live our lives not being aware of the painful realities inside of us. We just keep going until one day we are stuck and trapped living a life that is not bearable.
Whenever I do session with a client my intention is to ask myself:
„What is it in this human that hasn‘t been seen before ?“ and „What part of them is most in need of attention and presence right now ?“ By fully seeing into people we can understand what they really need and through that awareness we can finally care take what has been neglected for years. It's similar to being a doctor who does a body scan to see what part of the body is hurting to then prescibe the right medicine or therapy. Most people got so hurt when they were little, it's like living with broken legs, yet everybody expects you to walk like a normal person.
It's my favorite thing to offer people that space where they can drop it all and let themselves be fully seen. It's an opportunity to finally give them the answers to why they feel the way they do and what they can do about it. There is always something hiding in the depht's of the subconscious mind waiting to be finally seen and integrated and that's what I love to be a channel for.
