ABOUT THE SESSIONS
Teresa Ragg created "UNSTUCK YOUR LIFE" in order to share her work as a highly intuitive life coach with extrasensory abilities. In the coaching sessions Teresa taps and tunes into subconscious blockages, which consist of subconscious feelings, beliefs and fears that the client has not yet born awareness to. She then gently and compassionately shines a flashlight on those blindspots, giving them a voice, giving them presence, exposure, and validation. Finally, these hidden parts are invited to come forward and integrate in a practical way, resulting in an instant shift and a feeling of completion in the client. The best part of Teresa's sessions is that they are an organic collaboration that's continually fine-tuning and adapting as the session is in progress; they're customized to meet the client where they are moment-to-moment.
