About the Workshop
REMEMBER YOUR WORTH
SELFWORTH IS EVERYTHING, IT DEFINES THE DECISIONS YOU MAKE AND THE ACTIONS YOU TAKE, EVERYTHING YOU DO IN YOUR LIFE IS DEFINED BY WHAT YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE WORTHY OF EXPERIENCING and often this is deeply deeply subconscious.
You can do all the healing, manifestation and unblocking work you want but if you don’t deal with the deepest core of yourself, where your selfworth is rooted you will most likely struggle to create a life that feels good.
Come along to join this vulnerable and connected group journey to unpeal the layers of pain that disconnect you from knowing and embodying your worth. When we feel rooted in feeling worthy, we allow life to work for us and take care of us, we remember to JUST RECEIVE. This sacred group container for women consists of journaling exercises, dancebreaks, inner child work, guided mediations, sharings and a safe space to drop in and fully FEEL.
We will dive deep, and lovingly embrace anything that comes up. It‘s your chance to show up for yourself and honor what you truly desire.
This workshop is coming straight from my heart to yours.

“ I attended Teresa‘s Selfworth-workshop and it was such a touching experience. Teresa lead us through a journey to get in touch with our inherent worth and find acceptance for where we are at.
